Tech Magz: On Monday, Microsoft combined the technology that is underlying ChatGPT with its Power Platform, which allows users to construct applications with little to no coding. This is the latest integration of artificial intelligence into the products that Microsoft offers.

The incorporation of generative AI, or artificial intelligence that can generate the human-like text response to queries, into the products and services offered by large technology companies such as Alphabet and Baidu is accelerating at a rapid pace.

Generative AI is gaining popularity for its ability to do so.

Microsoft has announced that its Power Platform business intelligence and app development tools, such as Power Virtual Agent and Artificial Intelligence Builder, have been upgraded to take advantage of the newly available capabilities.

Power Virtual Agent, a platform that helps organisations construct chatbots, can now link to the internal resources of a firm to provide weekly reports summaries and client questions and concerns.

Meanwhile, Microsoft has added generative Artificial Intelligence capabilities to Artificial Intelligence Builder, which allows organisations to automate workflows, and announced a new edition of the business management platform that is Dynamics 365 based on the technology. Both of these developments are related to artificial intelligence.

Dynamics 365 Copilot is the most recent version of the tool of Microsoft that includes a number of applications for sales, marketing, and customer service.

It integrates artificial intelligence to automate certain tasks, such as the gathering and analysis of data, as well as the creation of email marketing campaigns, among other capabilities.

Also, on Monday, Microsoft announced that Chief Executive Officer Satya Nadella would be hosting an event on March 16 to talk about “reinventing productivity with Artificial Intelligence.”

Nevertheless, the business has not yet revealed any AI enhancements for the Office productivity suite, which includes applications like Word and Excel. The corporation has only done so for its widely used Windows operating system and the Bing search engine.
